两种鲶鱼的染色体组型研究 KARYOTYPIC STUDY OF TWO SPECIES OF CHINESE CATFISHES(SILURIDAE) 洪云汉 Hong Yunhan and Zhou Tun first-author 周暾 以培养肾细胞为材料,采用空气干燥法,考察了鲶和南方大口鲶的染色体组型。两种鲶鱼都是2n=58,但染色体组型稍有不同,前者2n=20m+24sm+10st+4t,NF=102,后者2n=20m+20sm+14st+4t,NF=98。两种鲶鱼的最大一对中着丝点染色体的短臂上都具有明显而恒定的随体,而这一随体常表现为一种罕见的双随体形式。 The karyotypes of two species of catfishes, Silurus asotus Linnaeus. and S. soldatovi meridionalis Chen, were studied throgh the chromosomes of cultured kidney cells prepared by air-drying technique. The results obtained from the karyotypic analysis indicate that S. asotus and S. soldatovi meridionalis both have 2n=58 chromosomes. However, the chromosome formula of the former is 2n=20m+24sm+10st+4t, NF=102, while that of the latter is 2n=20m+20sm+14st+4t, NF=98. The first pair of the chromosomes in m group is characterized by having one or two satellites on each short arm. These satellites are always visible and may reveal themselves variably in morphologgy as "normal satelhtes" or "double satcllites" . In addition, there exist 5 pairs of chromosmes with a second constriction on each long arm in these two species. On the basis of their karyotypie data, the problems concernig taxonomy and chromosome evoloution in genus Silurus have been briefly discussed. 1983-03-01 2021-04-01 3
