<正> 1981年春起,我们在湖北省境内着手调查和研究矮慈姑居群(Populations of Sagitta-ria pygmaea Miq.)。居群是一群生长在一起、能互交繁育的同种个体。种并不由个体直接组成,而由个体先组成居群,再由若干个分散的、不连续的居群组成亚种(或变种)或直接组成种。因此,一个种实际上是一个居群系统。植物分类学家研究居群,着重研究个体变异和居群变异,研究变异的规律及其原因,进而研究种内进化。本文:(1)研究矮慈姑分类性状的个体和居群的变异及变异范围;(2)研究与生境或遗传相联系的变异规律,探讨其进化趋势。材料与方法本文研究个体变异的材料从1981年6月至10月采自本省12个县1市24个地点,涉及蜡叶标本324份;研究居群变异的材料为武汉、广济、阳新、利川、监利的6个样品(表一)。在野外,详细观察与记载了采集地或样地的生境。6个样品所在样地大小不一,但同一样品内的标本都随机且均匀地分布在样地内,并标记在坐标纸上。花瓣数目及雄花中雄蕊数目也在采集时记数。正>
The present paper studies the populations of Sagittaria pygmaea Miq. in Hubei province. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Almost every classificatory character has variation in varying degrees. The range of variation is wider than that of records in literatures, and presents each regularity. 2. The various abnormal individuales discovered by us, can provide some important leads for us to study the evolution of S. pygmaea. 3. The length of scapes in every population is closely related to the depth of water. 4. the variable range of stamens in number is from 6 to 21 each male flower. Basically, it reduces in 3-stamens. 5. Two important advance trends, male plant differentiation and a decrease in stamens, there is a correlation between them.
