用脉冲—色谱法测定腐蚀后钢中含氢量 THE DETERMINATION OF HYDROGEN IN CORRODED STEEL BY NCFGC METHOD 陶映初 first-author 姚禄安 吕德义 普燕平 卢机灵 <正> 随着氢脆问题的深入研究[1-2],要求人们准确地测定金属中的含氢量,并探明其确切的存在形式。这样,才有可能深入地揭示氢在金属中发生破坏的内在规律性,从而搞清金属性能与氢含量之间的关系,以便建立一个能客观描绘金属一氢的模型。该模型对探讨钢铁氢脆与金属腐蚀机埋,对丰富与完善氢扩散动力学与位错理论,对寻找与开发新型材质(包括未来能源——氢能体系的储氢材料)等方面无疑将起重要的作用[3]。目前,测定金属中含氢量的方法较多[4],其中惰性气氛脉冲熔融——气相色谱法较为普遍。我们选用MCS—805脉冲炉与SP—2304A型气相色谱仪组装成定氢仪,摸索了脉冲 A Self-made equipment for determination of the amouut of hydrogen in Steel has been described. During Corroding of No. 20 Steel, the Content of absorption hydrogen is 30—50% lower in 5% or 10%Hcl Solution Containig 0.05% SH—707 inhibitor than no inhibitor.
