The raain reslts of the paper are as follows: Theorem 2.3 A D n (λ) space with nonconstant curvathre is a R n space. Theorem 3.1 If the birecurrent factors α ij of a BD n (λ)(n > 3) space satisfy the condition b o ≠α o 2 , where b o =α ij α ij and a o =g ij α ij ,then the space is a BR n space or a space with constant curvature.
