The cDNA library of Hz-AM1 cell （Ha-cDNA library） was sucsessfully constructed and the capsid protein gene of Heliothis armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus（HaNPV）, vp39, was inserted into plasmid pGBT9 in frame as the bait protein. The cellular interaction factor of HaNPV VP39 protein was discovered with the yeast two-hybrid system and the factor was actin actully. The experiment demonstrated that HaNPV VP39 protein can interact with the actin of Heliothis armigera.
