番茄染色体核型的研究 STUDIES ON TOMATO KARYOTYPE 詹喜焱 first-author 曾子申 利容千 本试验以栽培番茄品种武昌大红、加拿大、佛特为材料进行了染色体核型分析,其核型分别为2M+8m+12sm+2st、4M+8m+12sm、2M+8m+10sm+4st。这三个品种随体大小各不相同,同时在武昌大红、加拿大两个品种内随体大小也不同。针对一些实验现象(如染色体深浅区、随体大小变化等等)讨论了番茄染色体的形态特征、随体大小及栽培番茄的起源。 This paper is akaryotype analysis to three cultivars of tomato. The chromosome samples were prepared by the procedure of wail degradation, hypotonic treatment, flame-drylng and staining with Giemsa. Comparing the karyotypes of three cultivars, we have found certain differences in relative length, satellite position and size etc. of the chromosomes. The differences of satellite size appeared not only among the different cultivars but also in the same cultivar.
