小菜粉蝶幼虫浓核病毒感染Vero细胞系 INFECTION OF A VERO CELL LINE WITH DENSONUCLEOSIS VIRUS OF PIERIS RAPAE L 何中元 first-author 张凤玲 赵克斌 刘年翠 本文用提纯的小菜粉蝶幼虫浓核病毒,接种到绿猴肾细胞系(Vero)中,在28℃培养,该病毒引起Vero细胞发生一系列变化。病毒在细胞核内复制,这种复制的病毒又能回感小菜粉蝶幼虫,因此认为:除去小菜粉蝶幼虫浓核病毒,有利于小菜粉蝶幼虫颗粒体病毒杀虫剂的安全。并对病毒在细胞核内的发生基质进行了讨论。 This paper reports the infection of African green monkey kidney cells(Veto) with purified DNV of Pieris rapae at 28℃. Cytopathogenic changes were observed under light microscope and electron microscope at 18—24h postinfection. Replication of the virus was also found in nucleus of Vero cells. When the preparation from infected Cells was used to infect the larvae of Pieris rapae, they showed typical symptom of DNV disease. Therefore in our opinion we should get rid of Pieris rapae DNV from the insecticide of Pieris rapae granulosis virus, before we stuty the safety of this virus. 中国科学院科学基金 1985-03-01 2021-04-01 3
