喇叭虫口器再生与DNA合成的关系的研究 A STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DNA SYNTHESIS AND ORAL REGENERATION IN STENTOR 张锡元 Zhang Xiyuan first-author 对天蓝喇叭虫(Stentor coeruleus)口器再生期间DNA合成动态,及其与再生的关系进行了研究,用放射性液闪测量仪进行的分析表明:在Stentor口器再生期间,DNA合成一直在进行,在再生阶段3(S 3 )之后,DNA合成逐渐升高;合成高峰在阶段5和8(S 5 和S ) ;阶段6(S 6 )时明显下降,但并不停止。300γ~600γ的(口奈)啶酮酸在强烈抑制StentorDNA合成的同时并不影响新口器的形成,但能延迟再生的时间,这种延迟效应与抑制剂的浓度成正比,但与DNA受抑制的程度并没有明显的相关性。 Synthesis of DNA in relation to oral regeneration in the ciliate Stentor coeruleus was studied. Quantitative analysis of radioactivity by scintillation counter revealed that DNA synthesis is continuous throughout regeneration in Stentor, and rises gradually and obviously after stage 3, peaking during stages 5 and 8, weakening during stage 6. In addition, the effects of nalidixic acid on regeneration and DNA synthesis of Stentor were studied. Nalidixic acid at concentrations ranging from 300γ to 600γ allows normal regeneration to proceed. Regeneration time, however, is elongated, and hours of delay rise proportionally along with increase of concentrations of the inhibitor. But time delay of oral regeneration is not associated with level of inhibition of DNA synthesis of Stentor in different concentrations of nalidixic acid. 1986-03-01 2021-04-01 3
