VAR PURPUREA BALL. 黄爱军 first-author 利容千 曾子申 本文对十字花科植物红菜苔(Brassica campestris L.Var.purpurea Bail.)的两个品种"十月红"和"洪山菜苔"作了核型研究,结果表明,两个品种二倍体细胞染色体数相同,均具一对随体染色体,其中"十月红"品种核型为2n=20=8m+10sm+2st(SAT)"洪山菜苔"品种核型为2n=20=14m+6sm(2SAT).文章对红菜苔随体的确定以及红菜苔的起源进化问题进行了讨论。 This paper is about karyotype analysis to two cultivars of Brassica campestris L. Var. purpurea Bail. The chromosome slides were prepared by the precedure of pre-treatment, hypotonic treatment, flame-drying and staining with Giemsa. Comparing the karyotypes of two cultivars, we have found certain differences in relative length, type and satellite size etc. of the chromosomes. Three problems discussed in this paper are the karyotypic comparison of two cultivars, satellite determination and origin of Brassica campestris L.
