The experimental results indicated that the dosage of hCG from 166 IU to 200 IU was better in inducing the anestrous female minks to come into estrus state. Particularly, within a few days after treatment with hCG 166 IU, the effect of injecting once again was even more excellent. The effect of E\-2 on development of the accessory organs of the anestrous female minks was superior,but the ovarian follicles did not reached matural stage.
