The experimental results show that if the concentration of NaF was increased, the maximum heat power and heat output of metabolism increased, lag phase and activity maintain time were decreased. After the thermogenic curves had been determined, the ATP concentration of samples were determined, with the increasing of NaF concentration, ATP concentration decreased.
