铀-二甲苯胺蓝Ⅰ络合物研究 STUDIES ON URANIUM-XYLIDINE BLUE I COMPLEX 蔡晓华 Cai Xiaohua and Zhao Zaofan first-author 赵藻藩 在氨性介质中,二甲苯胺蓝Ⅰ与铀形成稳定的络合物。用光度法和极谱法测定了二甲苯胺蓝Ⅰ的酚羟基(pka2)和萘羟基(pkas)离解常数,pka2=7.72,pka3=12.73(光度法);pka3=12.50(极谱法)。并测定了二甲苯胺蓝Ⅰ和铀的络合物组成和表观稳定常数,其结果为:U∶XBI=1∶2,logβ′=9.09(极谱法),8.81(光度法)。 In this paper, by using spectrophotometry and polarography, we have studied uranium-xylidine blue I(XBI) complex in ethylenediamine buffer solution. The dissociation constants of hydroxyl group of XBI have been determined. The result shows pk a2 =7.72(phenol), pk a3 =12.73(naphthol, by spectrophotometry); pk a3 =12.50(by polarography). The composition and formation constant of uranium-XBI complex have also been determined.
