脱氧核糖核酸序列分析的研究概况 GENERAL SITUATION OF RESEARCH WORK ON SEQUENCING IN DNA 王鄂生 Wang Esheng first-author <正> 前言多年来的研究证明:核酸(特别是脱氧核糖核酸DNA)是遗传信息的贮存者相传递者,遗传信息是以密码方式编码在核苷酸的顺序上。因而现今人们把基因看成是一个特定的DNA片段,而且把认识遗传信息怎样贮藏在DNA分子上、怎样传递、又怎样调节控制等问题作为分子生物学研究的主要目标,从而指导肿瘤的防治,遗传缺陷病的矫正,DNA重组(真核、原核)创造新生物型类等。而揭示上述规律,无疑必须了解基因的结构,因此研究DNA片段的序列亦即DNA的一级结构具有理论的和实践的意义。 The sequencing in DNA has only provided an important basis for further research of the structure and function of Nucleic Acids, but has also contributed to explain in problems of regulation and control of gene expression as well as of the mechanism of oneogenesis.
