ICP发射光谱分析中基体效应的研究——(Ⅰ)某些阳离子和阴离子的影响 THE MATRIX EFFECT IN INDUCTIVELY EMISSION SPECTRAL ANALYSIS(Ⅰ) 江祖成 first-author 张悟铭 孔令英 谢金娥 研究了不同电离电位的基体元素(Li,Na,K,Cs,Sr,Ba和Zn)受其化学状态对微量元素Cu,Fe,Ni,Mn,Cr,V,La和Mo的谱线强度的影响,试验表明,上述影响在ICP光源中是不明显的。本实验与直流电弧光源所得的结果进行比较,发现这两类光源在性质上有明显的不同。在电弧光源中,激发条件在很大程度上取决于弧柱中原子蒸气的组成、电离电位、化学状态和浓度;而ICP光源的放电性质则很少依赖于上述因素的变化。 The influence of matrix elements with different ionization potential and chemlcal state on lilne intensities of Cu, Fe, Ni, Mn, Cr, V, La and Mo has been studied. The experimental result shows that matrix effect in ICP is not obvious. The results obtained by ICP are compared with D. C. arc. It is found that there is a significant difference between these sources. For D. C. arc, the excitation condition greatly depends on composition of atomic vapours, ionization potentials, chemical state and concentration.
