松毛虫赤眼蜂的核型研究 STUDY ON THE KARYOTYPE OF TRICHOGRAMMA DENDROLIMI 刘卫 first-author 熊平英 本文首次在国内报导了松毛虫赤眼蜂Trichogramma dendrolimi的核型。其雌性体细胞染色体为双倍体2n=10,雄性为单倍体n=5,核型为2n=4m+6t,NF=14。 A simple methed developed for the preparation of Trichogramma chromosomes, and the karyotype of T. dendrolimi is firstly reported in this paper. Through puncture the body of prepupae and culture them in the solution containing 30% hemolymph plasma oak silk worm pupa and 0.005% Colchicine for a short time, then treat with hypotonic solution of sodium citrate and then fix with methy alcohol and,acetic acid solution. At last, tear them into pieces and dissociate into separate cells with 60% acetic acid on a slide and air-dried. The female of T. dendrolimi is diploid （2n=10） and the male is haploid （n=5）.
