小麦细胞质雄性不育类型小孢子发育的细胞形态学研究 CYTOLOGICAL STUDY ON MICROSPOROGENESIS OF CYTOPLASMIC MALE STERILE TYPES OF WHEAT 廖兰杰 first-author 徐乃瑜 研究了小麦5种细胞质雄性不育类型小孢子败育的时期和特点。结果表明:1.小孢子败育时期主要在单核后期至二核初期,但在发育不同时期均有表现。2.不同细胞质的雄性不育类型其小孢子败育的时期和频率以及发育后期花粉的大小都有一定差异,差异的程度与核质亲缘关系的远近有一定关系。3.种内细胞质存在着遗传分化。 The characters of microsporogenesis of five cytoplasmic male sterile types in various stages were compared. The results were shown as follow:1. Microspore abortion in cytopla smic male sterile types may occur in various stages of microsporogenesis. However, most of microspores degenerated at late uninucleate stage and early dinucleate stage 2. In various cytoplasmic male sterile fype, there is certain divergence on the stage and freq uency of microspore abortion and on the size of pollen at the last stage of micro sporogenesis. There exists certain relation between the degree of divergence and the affinity relationship of nucleus and cytoplasm. 3.
