The expressions of scattering field in two-medium half-spaces are derived by means of the conversion relations between the standard and nonstandard spherical vectdr wave functions, generalized Sommerfeld integrals and analysis of field type, and based upon the vector wave function expansions of electromagnetic field in isotropic homogeneous source-free region. With this technique accompanied with the unimoment method present a technique to solve scattering problems of arbitrarily-shaped inhomogenous buried objects.
