对经过10周中等强度体育训练的男女学生进行训练前后体质和血脂水平的测定。结果表明:学生体质和血脂水平有明显增强,在体质的各测验项目中,除男生的3分钟台阶试验即刻脉搏只有显著差异(P,<,0.05)外,其余项目全有非常显著差异(P,<,0.01),血脂水平除男生的HDL—C只有显著差异(P,<,0.05)外,其它项目均有非常显著差异(P,<,0.01)。分析了女生HDL亚组分胆固醇的变化,训练后HDL,2,—C增高了,差异非常显著(P,<,0.01),HDL,3,—C无变化。结果显示测试HDL,2,—C比测试HDL—C在评定训练效果上更灵敏。
The present study was designed to determine the effect of medium intensity physical exercise on the physique and blood lipids. Subjects. sixteen male and twenty-one female students of Wuhan University. The subjects have exercised for ten weeks. Comparisons were made of the subjects’ physique and blood lipids before training and after training. The main results are summarized as follows: 1. The subjects’ physique were improved significantly. 2. The subjects’ HDL—C were higher and TC, LDL—C, TC/HDL—C, LDL—C/HDL—C were all lower post-training than pre-training. There were significant difference in the above. 3. After training in female subjects, the HDL,2,—C showed significant change, HDL,3,—C showed no change. The data suggest that HDL,2,—C was a better index of exercise effect than HDL—C.
