Fe-H合金的Snoek-K■ster峰的研究 A STUDY OF THE SNOEK—KOSTER PEAK OF Fe—H ALLOY 丁棣华 Ding Dihua Liu Shengyan first-author 刘盛炎 用改进型Marx三节组合振子内耗仪(75 KH 2 )研究了含日的形变α-Fe的Snoek—Kosster峰。试样在加H后没有进行均匀化处理就进行内耗测量,峰温处于200—260°K之间。在280°K附近时效过程中,相继测得的峰温缓慢升高而峰高则没有变化;在200℃时效一小时后,峰温向高温方向作较大幅度移动,峰高稍微降低;然后又继续在280°K时效,峰温反过来向低温方向移动,但峰高并不进一步降低。实验结果完全支持了Schoeck的理论。在每个内耗峰的峰温附近观察到反常的模量亏损现象,但尚未对此作出解释。 A study of Snoek—Kster peak of deformed α-iron containing hydrogen was carried out by means of a three—component composite oscillator at 75KH z , Internal friction measurements were made after hydrogen charging without homogenization treatment. The internal friction peak of the deformed Fe—H specimen was found to occur in the temperature range of 200—260°K and it shifted slowly to higher temperature during aging at about280°K, but without apparent change in the peak height. After an ageing treatment at 200℃ for 1 hr., the peak shifted considerably to higher temperature with its height appreciably lowered. From then on, it shifted in reverse to the lower temperature in subsequent aging at~280°K, without further lowering of the peak height. The results were liscussed, ccmpletely in favor of Sehoeck’s theory. An anomalous modulus defect was observed at the vicinity of each peak ut remained unexplained. 1982-01-01 2021-04-01 1
