黄鳝的染色体组型研究 A STUDY OF THE KARYOTYPE OF THE RICE-FIELD EEL 李渝成 first-author 李康 周暾 用肾组织PHA法培养和血培养、空气干燥法制片,姬姆萨染剂染色,对黄鳝M.albus=Fluta alba(Zuiew)的染色体进行了分析,结果表明,黄鳝的染色体组型和国内已报道过的其它鱼类的染色体组型有很显著的差异。特点是;染色体数目很少,2n=24;并全属端着丝点类型,臂数(N.F)为24。整套染色体平均相对长度介于11.21±0.41—5.41±0.46的范围内。形态上基本属于大小连续递变的染色体组。未发现有异形染色体。 The present paper deals with the karyotype of rice-field eel, Monopterus albus (Zuiew)=Fluta alba (Zuiew). The materials were collected from Shashi market, Hubie Province. The metaphase chromosome specimens were prepared r om shoot-term cultures of renal cells and blood cells, Air-drying technique and Giemsa stain were used. The karyotype of M. albus has several characteristics which differ from those of other fishes in. 1. a less diploid chromosome number, i. e. 2n=24, With a limited chromosome arm number, N. F. =24, both respectively approaching to their minimal numbers so for found in fishes; 2. the size of chromosomes, in which, the largest of them is 6-7μ. in length and the smallest is 3-3.5μ. The average relative length of individual chromosome in the chromosome complements falls within the limits of 11.21±0.46% to 5.41±0.469/0, and. 3. the telocentric feature of whole chromosome complements. 1982-01-01 2021-04-01 1
