卟啉化合物研究 Ⅱ、八乙基卟啉中位醛与芳胺的反应 * THE REACTION OF MESO-FORMI OCTAETHYLPORPHYRIN WITH AROMATIC AMINES 秦金贵 first-author 吴苎阶 黄素秋 八乙基卟啉中位醛与芳胺反应,生成相应的西佛碱,这是使八乙基卟啉连上各种芳香结构的一条重要途径,但是认为制备西佛碱的经典途径不适用于卟啉中位醛。本工作首先合成了八乙基卟啉中位醛,然后选择了四种芳胺与之反应,摸索了各种反应条件并取得了成功。西佛碱产物的结构经元素分析、可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及质谱鉴定而得到确认。讨论了反应取得成功的原因。同时还制备了卟啉西佛碱的锌、镍络合物。 The reaction of meso-formyl octaethylporphyrin with aromatic amines is a possiole route by which the structure of octaethylporphrin will be modified. But any attempt concerning this investegation has not been seen so far. Ponomarev considered that the classeal method to prepare Schiff’s base was proved unsuccessful for meso-formyl etioporphyin-Ⅰ. The authors prepared meso-formyl oetaethylporphyrin first, their Chose four aromatic amines for reaetion with it. Different reaction conditions were tried, the desired reaction got succeeded finally. The structures of the Schiff’s bases products were determined by elemental analysis, visible, infrared, 1 H NMR and mass spectra. The reason for success Was discussed.
