八种鱼的染色体组型的研究 STUDIES ON THE KARYOTYPES OF EIGHT SPECIES OF FISH 凌均秀 Ling Junxiu first-author 采用离体培养的血淋巴细胞。肾细胞或用早期胚胎细胞,以空气干燥法制片和Giemsa染色,对青鱼 Mylopharungodon piceus(Rich.),蒙古红鲌 Erythrocultermongolicus(Basil.),翘嘴红鲌 E.ilishaeformis(Bleeker),大鳞付泥鳅 Paramisgurnusdabrytanus(Sauvage),黄颡鱼 Pseudobagrus fulvidraco(Rieh.),乌鳢 ophiocephalusargus(Cantor),鳜鱼 Siniperca chuatsi(Zuiew)和莫三鼻给罗非鱼 Tilapia moasam-bica。(Peters)等分属六科的八种鱼的染色体组型进行了考察和分析。本文描述了除青鱼以外的其它七种鱼的染色体组型的分析结果。结果表明:这八种鱼的染色体组型中,均未发现性染色体。 The karyotypes of eight species of fishes belonging to six familes were studied through the chromosome preparations made with short—period cultured lymphocytes or kidney cells in vitro, or with suspended embryo cells by the air—drying method. The karyotype of Mylopharyngodon piceus(Rich.)was reported in a previous paper. Erythrocuter monogolicus (Basil.) and E. iliskaeformis(Bleeker) have each a diploid chromosome number(2n) of 48 with a total number of chromosome arms(AN) amounting to 96. Both the karyotypes of these two fishes comprise 10 pairs of M group, 14 pairs of S group chromosomes respectively. Paramisgurnus dabryanus(Sauvage) has a 2n of 48, consisting of 8 pairs of M group, 16 pairs of S group and T group chromosomes. AN is 70. Pseudobagrnus fulvidraco(Rich.): 2n=52, consisting of 11 pairs of M group, 12 pairs of S group and 3 pairs of T group chromosomes. AN=98. Opkiocephalus argus(Cantor): 2n=48, consistng of 10 pairs of S group, 14 pairs of T group chromosomes. AN=68. Siniperca chuatsi(Zuiew): 2n=48, consisting of 11 pairs of S group, 13 pairs of T group chromosomes. AN=70. Tilapia mossambica(Peters): 2n=44, consisting of 6 pairs of S group, 16 pairs of T group chromosomes. AN=56. There was no sex chromosome found in these eight species.
