水车前属的细胞分类学初步研究 A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON CYTOTAXONOMY OF OTTELIA 罗闰良 Luo Runliang Wang Huiqin 1 first-author 王徽勤 1 武汉大学生物系 武汉大学生物系 Department of Biology,Wuhan University Department of Biology,Wuhan University 作者研究了水车前属两种共六个居群的核型,得到该属的染色体基数是 x=11,水菜花、出水水菜花和海菜花是二倍体:2n=22。水车前三个居群以及同一居群的单性株与两性株的染色体数目都表现出很大的变异,但都以2n=44占多数,是异源四倍体;它们之间的核型有差异。所有核型分为两类:2B 和3B.水车前是两性花雄花雌花异株的;在现存种类中,它并非该属内最原始的种。 The author analysed the karyotypes of 4 species of Ottelia in China.The basic chromosome number of this genus is x=11.O.cordata,O.emersa and O.acuminata are all diploides,2n=22.O.alismoides（bisexual and male）are allotetraploids,2n=44,and diversities of karyotypes exist among populations in this species.All karyotpes are grouped into two types-2B and 3B.
