空气电极应用研究 APPLICATION OF AIR ELECTRODE 吴智远 Wu Zhiyuan 1 first-author 李升宪 Li Shengxian 1 武汉大学化学系 武汉大学化学系 Department Chemistry, Wuhan University Department Chemistry, Wuhan University 本文阐述了用空气电极代替析氢阴极电解制备过氧化氢和电解制备氧气的基本原理。研究了电极催化剂特性以及电极结构和工作条件对电极工作寿命和电流效率的影响。实验结果表明:当采用阳离子交换膜作电解池隔膜,电极以50mA·cm -2 、35℃下工作,产品中HO 2 - 和OH - 浓度分别为0.7mol时,电极工作寿命 > 2000h。若用分解过氧化氢中间层代替阳离子交换膜作为电解池隔膜。在电解制备氧气时,在耗相同电能情况下,其产氧气量比电解水法提高4倍,具有显著的节能效果。 Aikaline solution of hydrogen peroxide can be prepared by electroreduction of Oxygen on porous gas cathodes in caustic medium. The current efficiency and cathode lifetime dependes on the condition of electrolysis, Experimental results have shown that continuous operative lifetimes of the electrode can be longer than 2000h at current density of 50mA/cm 2 . The electrode is applied to preparation of oxygen by placing a MnO 2 covered iron screen in the cell.
