A new polarographic wave can6ed by Cu (Ⅱ)-inosine complex in 0.025 mol/LH3BO3-NaOH-0.10 mol/L KCl medium has been investigated. The Polargraphic wave is characterized by an adsorptive reduction wave,and the Peak potential is about -0.52 V (vs.SCE). The peak height is linear with inosine concentration over a range of 8×10-7 mol/L to 2×10-5 mol/L.
