268例高血压病随访12年小结 A 12 YEARS’ TRACING RECORD OF 268 CASES OF HYPERTENSION 丁永意 1 first-author 高乃文 1 武汉大学医院 武汉大学医院 Hospital Of Wuhan University Hospital Of Wuhan University １９７９年对我校在校的３４４３名教职工进行健康普查，检出高血压病２６８例，采取集中和分散的方法，每３～６个月在高血压专科门诊进行查访，１９７９～１９９２年共１２年随访小结；血清总胆固醇．甘油三脂（ＴＧ）随访前后比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．心、脑血管病死亡４１例，占１５．５５％．心电图不同程度的改变，因心、脑血管病死亡占第一位，调离、退休失访２７例，现存活２００例． As a coordinated hospital of Cardiovascular Prevention and Cure and Epidemiology of Hubei Province, we examined 3 443 teachers and workers in our university in 1979, and discovered that 268 of them bad essential hypertsnsion. And from. then on, thais hypertensives were required to take a regular check-up every 3 to 6 months.The following is a summary of the ttacing reSultS of the 12 years’regular examination given to those 268 hypertensive from 1979 to 1992: obvious differences （p<0. 01） in the ammount of cholesterol pretent in the serum, and trislycerides between the Period of pre-medical-check-up and that of post-medical examination. Forty-one of them died from heart and encephalic diseases, constituting 15. 55 % of the total number of patients. The ECG was different between pre-examination and post-examination.
