Morphogical Characterstics of Magnetotactic Bacterium From the East Lake in Wuchang and Isolation of Its Strain WD-1 卫扬保 Wei Yangbao 1 2 first-author 张洪霞 Zhang Hongxia 1 2 姜伟 Jiang Wei 1 2 邱金凤 Qiu Jinfeng 1 2 武汉大学生命科学学院 武汉大学生命科学学院 School of Life Science , Wuhan University School of Life Science , Wuhan University 武汉大学生命科学学院,武汉,430072 武汉大学生命科学学院,武汉,430072 武昌东湖水域中存在杆状,螺旋状和柄状等不同形态的趋磁细菌,通常在细胞内有2～10个数量不等的磁小体。在微好氧条件下利用半固体培养基分离到一株G - ,短杆状的趋磁细菌WD-1,能谱电镜分析表明,该菌磁小体的元素组成是Fe、Al,Zn、Ca、P和S,其含量分别占84.57％、3.98％、2.75％、2.21％、1.12％和0.93％。 Kinds of magnetotactic bacteria were isolated from the water boby of-East Lake in Wuchang, morphologically in rod, ovoid, spired and stalkes-like. Usually 2-10 magne-tosomes are present in each cell of the strain. Strain WD-1 was isolated in semi-solid media and pure cultures was obtained under microaerobic condition.The strain WD-1 is a rod and Gram-negative reaction. The entrgy profiles of X-ray showed by electron excitation in TEM and SEM indicating that mineral elements in the mag-netosome consist of Fe, Al, Zn, Ca,P and S,and the contents are 89. 57% ,3. 98%, 2.75%, 2.21%,1.12% and 0. 93% respectively. 趋磁细菌 细菌分离 磁小体 magnetotactic bacterium isolation magnetosome Q93;Q935 国家自然科学基金资助的课题 1994-06-01 2021-04-01 6
