This paper studied the electromagnetic characteristics of an H-shaped fractal structure.And the simulation result is achieved by Finite Integration Technique(FIT).The simulation results show a great agreement with the experiment results
exhibited that this structure has multiple band-gaps for electromagnetic waves in wild frequency region.The mechanisms of this structure were studied using FIT stimulation show that multiple band-gaps were caused by the multiple resonances in the fractal structure when the electromagnetic waves incidence.This structure can be fabricated easily
the size can be significantly smaller than the relevant electromagnetic band gap wavelength
and has no limitation of periodic demand compared to the conventional electromagnetic band-gap structures.
