摘要

在溶胶-凝胶法制备的La2/3Ba1/3MnO3（LBMO）微粉中掺入WO3

制备了La2/3Ba1/3MnO3+xWO3（x=0

.20）多晶陶瓷样品.实验发现

随x增加

样品的电阻率增加

金属-绝缘相变温度（TP）由340 K下降到261K

在1 T的磁场下

当0

x≤0.05时

样品的室温磁电阻迅速上升

从4%增加到10.5%

当0.05

x≤0.10时

样品的室温磁电阻从10.5%增加到11.5%

上升速度明显放缓

当0.10

x≤0.20时

样品的室温磁电阻从11.5%降低到2%

这为磁电阻器件研究提供了实验依据.

.20） polycrystalline ceramic samples were prepared by doping WO

in La

2/3

1/3

MnO

（LBMO）powder synthesized by the sol-gel method.The experimental results showed that with increasing W dopant

the resistivity increases.The experiment also showed that doping W can gradually increase the room temperature magnetoresistance of the material.When x=0.1

magnetoresistance at room temperature reaches 11.5%

which is increased by 100%

compared with pure LBMO under the same condition

which provides the experimental proof for the magnetoresistance device research.
