The SnO-based anode materials for lithium ion batteries were synthesized through rheological phase reaction and pyrolysis of precursors.The products were characterized by XRD and electrochemical measurements.The cause of crystallization was analysed about the products.The results show that SnO-based boron phosphor aluminium composite oxides prepared with different temperature exhibite large lithium storage capacities.The initial reversible capacity of the sample prepared in 500 ℃ is 551 mAh/g
and retains 67.7% of capacity in the 20th cycle.The sample prepared in 500 ℃ exhibites the best cycle-(ability.) In inert atmosphere
