Cells containing recombinant virus were picked up under the micro-operation system firstly,single cell clones with purified recombinant baculovirus were obtained successfully.Success in picking up recombinant baculovirus cells with and without polyhedra indicated that the method developed in this paper is widely suitable in selection of recombinant baculovirus.
