At the present time

the communication models of implementing Anycast service are all confronted with two problems: scalability and security.In this situation a new kind of Anycast communication model is proposed in this paper

which utilizes a new kind of Anycast communication method

and adopts the current session number of Anycast member and integrated parameters as the measure unit

and key management technology.This communication model not only solves Anycast scalability and security problem but also allows Anycast members to freely leave and join Anycast group.In addition

this model accomplishes the distributed maintenance and transaction of Anycast members’ information to achieve the load balance

and it is able to support the large-scale Anycast group.The experimental data of implementing this model in IPv6 emulation argues that this model is feasible and efficient.
