and treatment with metal acetate(Cu
Zn) to give corresponding metal complexes.These new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR
IR
UV-vis
MS and elemental analysis.The interaction of the porphyrins with bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectrum
and the binding constants and the binding point numbers of porphyrins-BSA were obtained.The results show the metal porphyrins bonded with Aspirin affect BSA stronger.
