8-萘酰亚胺为基本结构单元设计合成了一种新型胺类荧光分子探针
利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振谱(1H NMR)、质谱(MS)和元素分析等方法对其结构进行了表征;利用荧光光谱滴定法考察了该化合物对5种羧酸分子的识别性能
并利用非线性最小二乘曲线拟合法计算了主客体相互作用的结合常数.研究结果表明它对对甲苯磺酰丙氨酸有很好的选择性识别能力.
