According to the requirements of modularization and standardization
this paper presents a new method for designing LXIbus interface circuit of general purpose for High Frequency Ground Wave Radar(HF GWR) based LXIbus.The design was on the basis of ADSP-21062 and DM9000A
making use of the dual-ported RAM as buffer between LXIbus and function circuit
adopting full-duplex mode
employing bidirectional interrupts to exchange mass data in packets.Comparing to other traditional bus
LXIbus has showed several advantages such as long-distance operation
smaller physical size
cost-savings
and so on.The measurement results showed that the average data transfer speed of this interface was about 12 Mb/s.It meets the needs of the HF GWR real-time measurement.
