the resistivity increases obviously
and the metal-insulator transition temperature Tp decreases.Under a magnetic field of 1.4 T
the room temperature magnetoresistance increases from 5% to 15% when 0≤x≤ 12.5%
which increases 200%.When 12.5%
<
x≤25%
it decreases directly from 15% to 0.It provides the experimental proof for the potential application of magnetoresistance materials at room temperature.
