摘要

采用文献计量学方法

利用JCR（期刊引用报告）对2006年SCIE（SCI扩展版）收录的384种计算机学期刊从出版国、语种、及时指数、期刊影响因子等几个方面进行了统计与分析

以揭示其基本特点.同时推荐了国际影响力最大的19种计算机学期刊

总结了几个主要的提高SCIE期刊论文命中率的途径及投稿应注意的问题

供广大科技工作者参考.

Abstract

Based on bibliometric methods

the 384 kinds of SCIE journals of computer science in 2006 are statistically and contrastively analyzed by means of JCR in order to reveal the basic characteristics such as publishing countries/regions

languages

immediacy indexes and impact factors.Then the most important 19 kinds of international journals of computer science in 2006 are recommended.Some key points to be payed attention for submitting articles to SCIE journals

including several approaches to improve acceptance rate

are proposed for the numerous practitioners of science and technology.
