This paper investigated magnetic acoustic emition(MAE) and Barkhausen noise(BN) of non oriented Fe Si alloy W 23 G,W 10 ,W 14 and oriented Fe Si alloy Q 8G under different deformation. The results show that MAE decreases and BN increases with the deformation increasing. MAE and BN of W 18 and W 23 G deformed 10.4% were measured after the samples were annealed at 100,200,300,…,700 °C respectively for one hour. MAE increases gradully as annealing temperature go up, and BN decreases obviously when it is annealed above 500 °C.
