摘要

用循环伏安法研究了ＮａＨ２ＰＯ２对锌镍合金电沉积的影响．结果表明：镀液中加入了ＮａＨ２ＰＯ２后，可以使合金电沉积时的阴极极化增大，并且出现成核生长的电流环，与Ｚｎ－Ｎｉ合金、Ｚｎ镀层相比，所获得的锌镍磷合金镀层的阳极溶解峰电位正移，因而可以予计Ｚｎ－Ｎｉ－Ｐ合金耐蚀性的提高

Abstract

The effect of NaH 2PO 2 on the electrodeposition of Zinc Nickel alloy have been studied by cyclic voltammetry.It is shown that the cathodic polarization of Zinc Nickel alloy electrodeposition have increased and there is a current ring of nucleus forming

whice are attributable to effects of NaH 2PO 2 in the electroplating solution and that the anodic dissolution peak potentials of Zn Ni P alloy were shifted to positive potential in compaison with that of Zinc nickel plating

therefore

the corrosion resistance of Zn Ni P alloy bas been increased.
