酒精发酵过程中膜型生物反应器的研究 STUDIES ON THE ENZYME LIKE ACTIVITY OF BLEOMYCIN A 5 汤斌 Li Peng 1 first-author 张庆庆 Zou Guolin 1 安徽机电学院生化工程系 安徽机电学院生化工程系 Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics, Wuhan University Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics, Wuhan University 以发酵槽、沸石膜和渗透气化分离装置等组成的膜型生物反应器,在酒精发酵过程中,进行酒精连续发酵和连续分离.选择葡萄糖为原料,利用活性干酵母进行酒精发酵并同时利用渗透汽化分离的方式对酒精进行膜分离,经过48h以上的连续发酵和连续分离试验表明:发酵液中的酒精浓度在5%左右时,透过液的酒精浓度稳定在75%以上. The spectra of bleomycin A 5 before and after reacting with DNA and the kinetics of bleomycin A 5 induced DNA degradation were studied and it was found that bleomycin A 5 can catalyze DNA oxidatively degradation and the catalysis accords with the Michaelis Menten kinetics. The studies on the catalytic efficiency, substrate selectivity of bleomycin A 5 and the effect of temperature, pH and metal ion on the bleomycin A 5 catalyzed DNA degradation indicate that there is much similarity between bleomycin A 5 and enzyme on the catalysis.
