以TiCl4和累托石为主要原料
制备出纳米累托石-TiO2粉末
并用X-衍射、透射电镜等对其进行表征.结果表明:纳米累托石-TiO2粉末平均直径为17.5 nm;当焙烧温度从500℃升至800℃时
累托石-TiO2粉末的比表面积从65.7 m2/g下降至3.3 m2/g
单位质量吸附剂的孔体积从0.143 0 cm3/g降到0.021 3 cm3/g;当焙烧温度从300℃上升至500℃时
孔径变化不大
属中孔范围;当焙烧温度升至800℃时
一些孔道出现坍塌
不利于纳米累托石-TiO2粉末的光催化活性.
The nanometer rectorite-TiO2 powder was prepared with rectorite and TiCl4 as principal raw materials
and its characters were studied by XRD
TEM techniques.The results show that the average diameter of the rectorite-TiO2 powder was 17.5 nm.With the roasting temperature rising
the surface area and the pore volume declined.When the roasting temperature rised from 500 ℃ to 800 ℃
the surface area of the nanometer rectorite-TiO2 powder declined from 65.7 m2/g to 3.3 m2/g
and the pore volume declined from 0.143 0 cm3/g to 0.021 3 cm3/g.When the roasting temperature rised from 300 ℃ to 500 ℃
the pore diameter
which was at a range of middle size
did not change a lot.But when the roasting temperature rised to 800 ℃
there were some pores caved in
which was the disadvantage of the catalytic activity of nanometer rectorite-TiO2.
