High-purity KTa0.3Nb0.7O3 nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal and solvothermal methods, and the synthesis mechanism was discussed.The KOH concentration and the solvent composition have important effects on the final products synthesized by hydrothermal and mixed solvothermal method,respectively.The results show the pseudo-cubic to tetragonal transition with increasing crystallite size.It is believed that supercritical isopropanol plays an important role in synthesizing KTa0.3Nb0.7O3 nanoparticles under milder conditions than hydrothermal route.The present solvothermal method provides a new potential route for synthesizing ferroelectric potassium tantalate niobate material. 水热法 溶剂热法 KTN（钽铌酸钾） hydrothermal synthesis solvothermal KTN（KTa1-xNbxO3） TB383.1 国家自然科学基金资助项目（10572052） 2008-02-01 2021-04-01 2
