摘要

制备了一种含载药粒子的壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇（CTS/PVA）温敏性水凝胶

研究了影响凝胶性能的因素.实验结果表明

与单纯的CTS/PVA水凝胶相比

含载药粒子的CTS/PVA水凝胶的凝胶强度增加了一倍左右

药物释放实验没有出现突释现象

释放速度较慢且平稳

缓释效果较好

14 d累积释放了32%.

Abstract

A thermosensitive hydrogel of chitosan/poly vinyl alcohol（CTS/PVA） containing drug-loaded particles was prepared.The influences of drug-loaded particles on the properties of hydrogel were investigated.The experimental results show that the strength of the hydrogel containing drug-loaded particles is almost the double of that of the simple CTS/PVA blending hydrogel.The burst-release behavior is not observed in the drug release experiment.Instead

the release rate is slow and stable

and the cumulative release of BSA is only 32% after 14 days.
