摘要

研究了疏水性离子液体[Bmim]PF6对酸性红2BL和酸性黄RLN染料的萃取脱色性能.结果表明:在染液浓度低于1.0 g/L的时候

离子液体对两种酸性染料均有很好的萃取能力

且随着染液浓度的增加

离子液体的萃取率下降;萃取效果在pH为中性和酸性条件下较好

碱性条件下萃取率较低;温度升高时染料萃取率随之升高.在选定的实验条件下

离子液体对酸性红2BL的萃取效果较酸性黄RLN好.

Abstract

Extraction of two acid dyes

acid red 2BL and acid yellow RLN into hydrophobic ionic liquid[Bmim]PF6 was investigated.When the concentration of the dye solution was less than 1.0 g/L

ionic liq-uid had excellent extraction effect on the two dyes. And as the dye concentration increased

extraction rate of ionic liquids dropped. The effect of extraction at neutral and acidic pH conditions was good

and the ex-traction under alkaline conditions was relatively low. When the dye extraction temperature increased

the extraction rate improved subsequently.Moreover

at the selected experimental conditions

the extraction effect of ionic liquid on acid red 2BL was better than that on acid yellow RLN.
