The effect of electrolyzing solution concentration
oxidation voltage and annealing treatment were studied by analyzing porous anodic alumina(PAA)’s morphology
structure and photoluminescence properties in oxalic acid. The results show that the pore diameter increases with the increase of oxidation voltage
but changes less remarkably with solution concentration than with the former.X-ray diffraction analysis shows that PAA will turn to crystal with some phases coexisted after annealing treatment;and there is a strong photoluminescence(PL) band in the range of 375-500 nm with a peak position at around 425 nm owing to oxygen vacancy
which can be modulated by change parameters such as solution concentration
