for hydrogen production of strain 08-1.Under batch fermentative hydrogen production conditions of sucrose concentration of 20 g/L
temperature at 40 ℃
pH at 5.5 controlled and stirred rate at 100 r/min
the maximal hydrogen yield and volumetric hydrogen production rate for strain 08-1 were 3.06 mol and 245 mL·(L·h)-1
respectively.The results demonstrate that the strain possesses potential application in biohydrogen production from organic wastes.
