A solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatographic（SPE-HPLC） method was developed for the simultaneous analysis of thiabendazole（TBZ） and carbendazim（MBC） in six concentrated fruit juices.After being diluted with water

centrifuged and filtered

the extracts were adjusted to pH 10.0

and then cleaned up on a Mixed-mode SPE cartridge.Chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column

and determined by diode array detector（DAD）.In this method

the detection limits of TBZ and MBC were 0.01 mg·L-1 and recoveries were 75.7%-102.1% and 80.2%-105.5% in different fruit juice matrices

respectively.The relative standard deviations of each fungicide were generally lower than 6%.
