According to the detecting principle of the ion stored in penning ion trap
the paper systematically analyzes the relationship between ion spectrum’s detective sensitivity
signal to noise ratio
resolution factor and quality factor in Penning ion trap.The result indicates that the degree of sensitive detection and SNR is proportional to Q2;ion spectrum’s resolution factor is better when Q value is bigger.Ion spectrum with high detective sensitivity
SNR and resolution factor is got by applying proper Q(Q≈120) and restraining noises of experiment instrument and detection loop.Clusters are H+
H+2
H+3
H+4
H+5
H+6 by identification Ion spectrum with high detective sensitivity
H+4
H+6 and H+3
H+5 are produced by collision compound reaction.
