The concepts and syntactic relations associated with a special semantic interpretation are acquired through deep analysis on mass medical literatures.Question templates are then generated by defining these concepts and syntactic relations.Medical knowledge can be acquired by matching the syntactic relations and concepts in a sentence with the generated templates

which will enhance the understanding to medical documents.The question answer pairs are automatically generated according to the knowledge derived from plain medical texts.The experiment shows that our system achieves 83% precision and 42% recall for question generation.
