Preparation of Water soluble Chitosan and Its Green Coatings 张曦 ZHANG Xi 1 first-author 陶映初 TAO Ying chu 1 吴少晖 WU Shao hui 1 王峰 WANG Feng 1 武汉大学环境科学系 武汉大学环境科学系 Department of Environment Science, Wuhan University Department of Environment Science, Wuhan University 通过Ｈ２Ｏ２的降解作用可得到水溶性壳糖胺（ＣＳ）产物．降解速度及产物颜色与ＣＳ用量、Ｈ２Ｏ２浓度和降解温度等工艺条件有关．实验结果表明，在８０℃温度下，搅拌速度为２４００ｒ·ｍｉｎ－１，用６ｇ·Ｌ－１Ｈ２Ｏ２可使３３．０ｇ·Ｌ－１ＣＳ降解成水溶性产物，其降解速度为１．２１ｇ·Ｌ－１·ｈ－１．由产物的ＦＴ－ＩＲ谱图初步推断了降解反应机理．由所得水溶性ＣＳ制得了一种兼有材保与环保双重作用的绿色涂层，这对ＣＳ的改性与应用具有实际意义 A preparative method of water soluble chitosan has been established by degradation reaction of chitosan with H 2O 2. The rate of degradation and the color of the products are influenced by such conditions as the dose of chitosan, the concentration of H 2O 2 and the temperature of reaction. The results indicate that if the stirring rate is controlled at 2 400 r·min -1 , 33.0 g·L -1 chitosan could be degradated into water soluble product by 6 g·L -1 H 2O 2 at 80℃. A kind of green coatings is obtained with this water soluble chitosan. The mechanism of the reaction has been speculated from IR spectrum of the products.
